By apprentices, for apprentices.

Stifti is made by Samuel Krauss and Niklaus Angehrn from the canton of Zug. We have just been through the search for an apprenticeship ourselves.

How it all started

The idea came up on a school trip in our last year of lower secondary school. Nik already had his apprenticeship, Samuel did not. Our first idea was called SwipeQuest: finding side jobs in the region as easily as scrolling through TikTok.

40 applications. 13 replies.

That is how Samuel's search went. In his last year of lower secondary school he did not find an apprenticeship. He did not give up, and in a 10th school year he got an offer. That made it clear to us where the real problem is: the search for an apprenticeship. SwipeQuest became Stifti.

When Samuel asked the support team of a large portal to restore his account, he got no reply. Not even a no. We do it differently.

The team

Samuel Krauss

Programming and lead

10th school year, from 2027 apprenticeship as an ICT specialist (EFZ), application development

Other platforms gave me more headaches than help. And honestly: in 2026 that is not acceptable any more.

Niklaus Angehrn

Design and communication

Apprenticeship as a multimedia electronics technician (EFZ)

With Stifti I want to help others find the right apprenticeship in a simple and relaxed way.

What we do differently

Every apprenticeship shows the pay for each year of training and how reliably the company replies.

Companies advertise for free, as many apprenticeships as they like. Nobody can buy a place in the search, reviews or the reply rate.

We are building the storage for your school reports and documents so that not even we can read them.

Where we are heading

Anyone who looks for their first taster placement on Stifti at 14 should still have a reason to be with us at 20. First for the apprenticeship, later for the first job after it.
