How Stifti works
Here we explain openly how the numbers on Stifti come about.
Reply rate
The reply rate shows how many applications a company has answered in the last 365 days. Nobody can type it in: it is calculated from the applications on Stifti.
An application only counts as unanswered after 14 days. With fewer than 5 applications we do not show a rate, because it would be too random.
Pay
Every apprenticeship shows the gross pay for each year of training. This is required for all companies.
The same layout for everyone
Occupation, start date, key facts, pay and reply rate are in the same place for every apprenticeship. That way you can compare. Below that, each company designs its own page.
Free and Premium
Advertising apprenticeships is free for companies, with no limit. An optional subscription adds extras such as statistics.
What cannot be bought
A place in the search, the reply rate and reviews. Money does not change any of that.
