You combine technology, design and communication: videos, websites, social media and IT in the office.
What you do
Mediamatics specialists are all-rounders. You create content for websites and social media, shoot and edit videos, edit pictures and plan small campaigns. You also look after IT in the company, set up devices and help with projects and administration.
What you bring
- Enjoying design, pictures and videos
- Interest in IT and new programs
- Good marks in German and English, because you write and communicate a lot
- Organisational skills, because you often work on several projects at once
Tip: Show in your dossier what you have already done: a video, an Instagram account for your club, a poster you designed. A link is enough.
How the apprenticeship works
The apprenticeship takes four years. You work in the company, often in marketing, communication or IT, go to vocational school and attend industry courses.
And afterwards
After the apprenticeship you can specialise in communication, marketing, design or IT. With the vocational baccalaureate you can study at a university of applied sciences, for example multimedia production, communication or computer science.
